Cityline Construction Hired to Restore Burnt Townhouse – Allentown, PA

A fire started in this W. Liberty Street row house. The fire quickly expanded and the smoke was billowing all through the house creating a major life threatening issue. Thankfully no one died in the fire thanks to the heroic actions of one brave neighbor. See the Morning Call article for the full story, it is a must read. We hope for quick recoveries for all of those involved.

The owner of the building (Hal) has worked with Cityline before and knows that we put our client first. That is why Cityline construction was contracted to assist with the decontamination and restoration of this row-home. Our crews are currently cleaning out the home and removing the damaged walls and floors.

While we decontaminated and extract the burnt parts of the home, Hal is working with our team to redesign the first floor of this home. With the help of Cityline, the first floor with be modernized with a new staircase, floor and layout.

We will be posting the finished photos of this project in the fall. Be sure to keep an eye out for those when they are posted.

Here at Cityline construction our goal is to help minimize the impact of a fire loss or other loss. We work tirelessly every family to help them make their home feel like home again. This is the same with all our clients; whether they are our good friends or new clients, we are here to help you.
