Water Damage: Bathroom Pipe failure Damages Home

Cityline Construction- December 2017 – Easton, PA

Cityline construction responded to a water damaged home in West Easton, PA. A failure in a bathroom pipe caused significant damage to the rest of the home, with the floorboards and ceiling tiles becoming waterlogged.the home was situated with the bathroom on the second floor so the water cascaded down into the rooms below. This included the garage and the entryway. Our testing found that the floorboards on the second floor were completely soaked and in need of replacement.

We are working with the homeowners to help restore this home back to the way it was before the damage. Photos of the completed work will be added later in this year.
