Fire Damage- Allentown, PA: Manchester Home Catches Fire

Fire Damage Solution – January 2017

Source

A fire sparked in the middle of the night in this Allentown home and quickly grew into a life threatening situation. The location of the fire prevented the woman living inside the home from being able to escape the building. Thankfully, she was rescued from the home thanks to the brave efforts of the fire department who broke through the fire and carried her to safety. Unfortunately the fire damage and the smoke damage to the home was extensive and effected the entire property. Both of these factors left the home inhabitable. Cityline construction was hired to repair the home.

Cityline Responds:

The home was immediately weatherized and the damaged materials were extracted from the home. Damaged contents in the home were inventoried so the owners could replace what they had in the home. The extensive smoke damage to the home meant that most of the walls, floors and ceilings would have to be removed and replaced.

With the decontamination and deconstruction on the home finished, the home is being reconstructed.  We are still rebuilding the house and we are on schedule. The photos from this finished job will be posted later on this summer.
