We proved that it was more beneficial to rebuild the house in terms of new codes and energy efficiency. The clients met with an architect and redesigned the house to fit their needs. While the house was being designed and rebuilt, the clients were house in Cityline’s temporary housing. We cleaned, packed, took inventory, and stored their possessions during the rebuilding processing. The final product was an aesthetically enhanced, upgraded home with additional square feet and new landscaping including concrete walkways.
