ALLENTOWN, PA (DECEMBER 10, 2015) – Cityline Construction of Allentown earned three top nods for projects in 2015 from the Lehigh Valley Builder Association (LVBA) Annual Awards. The award ceremony, held December 7th at the Historic Hotel Bethlehem, included a rise of 20 percent of entrants for the 25th anniversary of the awards, according to the LVBA Facebook page.

Cityline earned first place in the “Commercial Project” category for the transformation of 4536 Hamilton Blvd, Allentown, from blighted, vacant Pizza Hut eatery into a now thriving health and wellness center (The Damany Center for Health and Wellness) replete with elevator, vicchi spa, juice bar, reception area and therapy rooms.
The construction firm also earned “Best Community Under 50 Units” for its Saucon Way Subdivision, in (Upper Saucon Township, featuring six 3/4 acre lots with homes above $350,000.00.
Additionally, Cityline earned a top accolade in the “Multi-Family Home for Rent” category for the rehabilitation of a fire damaged property with structural damage. The Victorian home at 219 N. 4th Street in Allentown was revamped to better serve tenants with modern energy efficient materials, user friendly entrance ways and stairways, and floor plan. The restoration of the Victorian home also preserved the Allentown street view.
