Cityline Construction

Cityline Construction is well underway in building new town-home style condominium units in the Borough of Coopersburg.  Winning approval in April of 2014 to tear down the former Pinebrook Junior College/Sisters of the Sacred Heart Orphanage on the corner of Main and Linden Street demolition began in late October 2014. 23 units total will be split into two 5 banks of town-homes and one 13 bank of town-homes with a center courtyard area. Tom Williams, Jr  the director of operations is quoted “We are glad to see this project get off the ground it is great for our family and great for Coopersburg borough to get rid of this blighted property.”
